Hospitime India operates from its manufacturing facility in Barhi Industrial Estate, Sonipat, Haryana. Our manufacturing operations are supported by equipment for metal cutting, sheet preparation, forming, machining and laser marking.

Our Manufacturing Equipment
Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
Our facility includes a Jiatai Laser JLC3015LS fiber laser cutting machine. Laser cutting can be used for suitable metal-component and sheet-processing requirements, depending on the material, design and required tolerances.
Sheet Shearing Machine
The sheet shearing machine supports the preparation of metal sheets and components for suitable manufacturing operations. Actual processing parameters depend on the material and component requirements.
Press Brake Forming Machine
The press brake is used for controlled bending and forming of compatible sheet-metal components. The required tooling and process depend on component geometry and design.
Drilling Equipment
Drilling equipment supports hole-making and related machining operations where required by a component's design and dimensions.
Lathe and Turning Equipment
The facility includes lathe/turning equipment for suitable machining tasks. The applicable machining process depends on the component, material and specification.
Laser Marking Workstation
Laser marking equipment can support product identification and marking requirements for compatible products. Availability of OEM branding, custom marking and specific marking formats should be confirmed for the intended product.
Laser Welding Machine
The facility includes a laser welding machine for suitable metal-joining requirements. Whether laser welding is applicable, and the process used, depend on the product, material and design, and should be confirmed for the intended product.
